Dying in Blue

Project made in 2013 during the first year of my study at the Royal College of Art.

The first video work I’ve ever done. Looking back I am surprised by the level of naiveness I was, however driven by a strong intuition of working with landscapes that are shaped by human activities-cultivation, gentrification, urbanisation… I was trying to raise my questions about where the expanding human civilisation is going to lead us and how are people’s lives at the bottom chain of capitalism.
